Indoor Dining

Fall, Winter & Spring Bookings on
Saturdays and Sundays only.

During the holidays the Tea Room will be open some days throughout the week.

Three seating times 11:00 a.m. 12:00 p.m. or 1:30 p.m. 
(Maximum 2-hour reservation for up to 2- 6 guests comfortably, but up to 8 can be arranged if needed.)

Summer bookings for July and August on
 Wednesdays to Sundays

Outdoor Poolside Garden Dining 
One seating time at  11:00 a.m.
It is recommended for June and July only.
(minimum 2 people - maximum 6 people)
or 
Indoor Dining
(minimum 2 people - maximum 8 people)
Three seating times
11:00  a.m. 12:00 p.m. or 1:30 p.m. 
(Maximum 2-hour reservation)

Please note that cancellations must be made within
24 hours and you will be subjected to a 25% fee for cancellations not made before the 24 hours.

Take-out orders can be arranged with 48-hour notice.

Gift Certificates can be purchased.

Private Tea Party bookings can be arranged for special events such as
showers, birthdays, or any other celebrations.

(For parties of 4 or more 15 % Gratuity will be added to the bill)
(For children's birthday parties, an 18 % gratuity
will be added to the bill plus a $25.00 clean-up fee)

Special Christmas / Winter Tea Service 2025
$50 per person
Starting November 16th-January 12th
Minimum 4 people and maximum 8 people. 
(25 % non-refundable deposit required a week prior to service)
The rest of the Payment is due on the day of service.
The 25% deposit will be kept for any cancellations.
